Banana Pancakes

We made a few of these during lockdown to use up ripe bananas and spice up our breakfasts, a welcome alternative to the inevitable banana bread. For two people: blitz three handfuls of oats, two bananas, two eggs, a splash of milk and a pinch of cinnamon using a hand blender (or food processor if you have one). Heat a knob of butter over a low-medium flame, ladle the mixture into the pan. Serve with yoghurt and mixed berries.
